Jobs Logistics Team Member This vacancy is based in our Sandside, Cumbria office. While the primary responsibilities are focused around the duplication and distribution of our materials, it is hoped that the appointee will also be able to contribute to the ministry's writing of devotional and biblical material. This post involves general computer based tasks, working with our database, and general 'customer service' support such as answering telephone queries, taking orders, etc.. Training will be provided. Being a small team (of 17 staff and a similar number of volunteers), it is expected that individuals contribute across the whole organisation in addition to their own specific areas of responsibility. The primary role of the Production Co-ordinator is to work closely with the Office Manager to ensure procedures are followed and work is completed efficiently. The post also involves co-ordinating with external partners and suppliers to arrange and maintain schedules for mailing/ printing projects. The applicant will need good computer skills, particularly with Microsoft Office.
